Acknowledgement & Communication
All communication with registered delegates will be by email.
All registrations will be sent a confirmation letter from Kaigi Conferencing & Events and tax invoice within five (5) working days of submitting a registration form from P&Cs Qld.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder prior to contacting P&Cs/Kaigi.
If your email address has changed since completing the registration form, be sure to advise your new email address to Kaigi.

Privacy
A list of participants will be prodiced, including individuals' details such as name, school/organisation and state. You will be asked for permission for your details to be included when you register.
P&Cs Qld 2026 State Conference is being operated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which came into effect on 25 May 2018.Therefore, before you begin your registration, you will need to give consent for your data to be used in facilitating your event registration, as well as in the planning and implementation of the conference (e.g. providing dietary requirements to conference venues and accommodation booking details to the specified hotel).This request for data consent is in accordance with GDPR and represents our commitment to protect the privacy of all personal data you provide during the registration process.
Dietary & special requirements
Morning, afternoon teas and lunches are included in your registration.
Upon registration you will be asked to provide any dietary/special requirements (eg shellfish allergy, vegetarian, mobility etc). Dietary requests will be catered for to the best of the caterer's ability.
Individuals with severe allergies are requested to advise Kaigi of their requirement prior to the cofnference, and bring any allergy medication (EpiPen, Phenergan etc) as prescribed by your doctor to the conference and any associated function.
Whilst due care is taken by the organisers and caterer, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested the insurance policy should cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses. The conference and organisers do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.
